This house was pressure washed in preparation to be painted. If you look carefully at the window sill you'll see that there are some black spots on it. Those spots are actually bare concrete from which the paint had already chipped off before we pressure washed it.

We pressure washed this pool cage because the owners wanted to give their house a better chance at selling. There were chemicals used in some areas, but none of the landscape was affected in anyway.
